Through the use of premium rate, credit card and SMS services you are able to charge callers for information, products and/or services received or ordered over the telephone. When a call is made to one of our numbers it is transferred via the exchange and on to our voice response computers. Our computers then analyse the call to determine the service required and the applicable charge rate corresponding to that number. This amount is billed automatically to the caller through their normal telephone account or credit card. Infodial premium rate services are available in Australia, New Zealand and England from any tone telephone, and credit card services are available anywhere around the world.

Live Services
